Payments
We offer a range of payment methods and you can pay for your purchase through PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, cheque or money order to make your shopping experience completely hassle-free.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment as most transactions are cleared instantly which means we can post your goods out the same day, otherwise, if paying by any other method, please notify us when payment has been transferred so we can prepare your item and have it ready for posting when the payment arrives.
If paying via bank transfer, cheque or money order, please include your full name as a reference so we can quickly match your payment up and goods will be posted to you once the funds clear in our account.
To ensure you receive your item in the shortest amount of time, we appreciate if payment could be made in 7 days after purchasing and if you require more time, feel free to contact us to make an arrangement.

Shipping
Your item will be packaged safely in bubble wrap and shipped using Australia Post so it is very important that your shipping address is correct as any errors can cause delays in delivery times. Please note that your city is your suburb in the address field.
If you require your item faster we provide Express postage at a bargain price of $8, just tick the box on checkout. We also provide FREE Insurance for orders for $100 and over. For items under $100 you can still purchase insurance for $1 at checkout. Signature on Delivery for $3 so you can rest assured your item will be delivered safely.

If you have a warranty concern please contact us so we can promptly arrange the return shipping and send you out a new item at our expense.
