Your Operations, Our Drive

Why it matters

Small and mid-sized businesses account for roughly 90 % of all companies worldwide, employ well over 60 % of the global workforce, and generate more than half of total economic output yet nearly 7 in 10 reported survival and growth as their biggest challenge.

Because the Struggle is Real

McKinsey and industry research shows that many SME's lack spending visibility, strategic procurement skills, and digital tools, while focusing on short-term tasks. Combined with limited purchasing scale and negotiation leverage, these gaps make it harder to capture value, reduce risk, and build resilient sourcing strategies where expert support can make a real difference.

Here to Support your Growth

At AlphaOps, we focus specifically on supporting small to mid-sized businesses or SME's with their supply chain, sourcing, and procurement operations. Our services are flexible and tailored covering end-to-end operations or targeted support in specific areas, depending on each client’s needs, challenges and budget.

About Me and

I started AlphaOps with an intent to simplify supply chain operations for small- to mid-sized businesses across industries. To grow successfully, a business should focus on what it does best while ensuring all supporting operations run just as effectively, with solutions tailored to its needs and budget. Having managed operations and its end-to-end flows in demanding industrial environments, I realized that small and mid-sized businesses face the same challenges as the giants, but often lack the tools, resources, or leverage to overcome them. That insight shaped AlphaOps.

P I N A K I

Working on a global landscape has shown me how geopolitics shapes operations, creating both risk and opportunity. Over 80 % of supply chain leaders see geopolitical disruption as a major risk, with nearly two-thirds worried about tariffs, sanctions, and trade barriers but only one in four feel fully prepared. Thus, staying ahead of these changes is now part of doing business. Equally important is technology but only once the fundamentals are in place. Not every size and type of business can afford tech-enabled solutions, so my focus is first on laying a strong operational foundation and then introducing the right tech-enablement at the right time to drive effectiveness to support growth or scaling.

All in all, I am driving AlphaOps with a focus on the supply chain aspects that matter most to my target audience. I am evolving, and so is AlphaOps, with every challenge and insight along the way.

Along the way, I have learned a few truths about operations:

  • If everything is urgent, nothing is planned.

  • Firefighting is not an operational strategy.

  • Problems need to be fixed before they become meetings.

  • Supply chains don’t fail loudly but expensively.

  • Outsourcing done right isn’t a cost, it’s a tool for efficiency and savings.
